Quartz is silicon dioxide and crystallises in the form of masses, grains, druses and prismatic hexagonal crystals. The structure of the quartz supports the amplification, focusing, storage, transfer and transformation of energy.

Black tourmaline, also known is Schorl, is the most common variety of Tourmaline.
