The Chakra Kit consists of Seven Chakra coloured gemstones with Macramé necklace pouch

Chakras represent the seven(7) personal energy centres of your body- these affect your well-being. It is believed that Chakras regulate all functions of your body, mind, and spirit.

Place each one of these gemstones on the representing Chakra – or energy centre –  of your body during a meditation or healing session. Allow the energy of to flow through the chakra an assist with the balancing thereof.

Once your session is completed, remember to cleanse these stones prior to the next use. This can be done with smoke or sound.

Chakras : Red – Root or Base,  Orange – Sacral, Yellow – Solar Plexus, Green – Heart, Blue – Throat, Indigo – 3rd Eye, Violet – Crown.
