Chakras represent the seven(7) personal energy centres of your body- these affect your well-being. It is believed that Chakras regulate all functions of your body, mind, and spirit.

Place each of these discs on every Chakra – or energy centre –  of your body during a meditation or healing session. Allow the energy of to flow through the chakra an assist with the balancing thereof.

Once your session is completed, remember to cleanse these discs prior to the next use. This can be done with smoke or sound.
