Lava stone : porous volcanic rock – offers strength, courage, and calmness. Howlite: white mineral with gray veins – promotes peace, patience, and mindfulness. Obsidian: black volcanic glass formed from rapidly cooled lava – provides protection, emotional healing, and insight by shielding against negativity.
