Aquamarine – March Birthstone –  is a blue to blue-green variety of the mineral beryl, the same family as emerald.

Metaphysical:  Aquamarine promotes calm, clarity, courage, and emotional balance, often linked to the soothing energy of the sea. It is also a throat charka stone – opening channels of communication.
