Refunds & Returns Policy

 

At Azul Crystals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, our return and refund policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. Please review the following details carefully.

Returns

We must be notified of any issues via e-mail at info@azulcrystals.co.za within seven (7) days of the purchase date to qualify for a return or replacement.

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags, labels, stickers, and packaging intact.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Certain products may be ineligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

If you prefer, you may arrange your own courier and provide us with the tracking number.

If we arrange the return courier and the return is not our fault, we will send you a payment link to cover the shipping costs.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you about the status of your return.

If approved, refunds will be processed either as:

  • Store credit – immediately available for your next purchase, or
  • A refund to your original payment method, depending on the return type and your preference.
  • Refunds to credit cards may take several days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable since these charges are paid to third-party couriers.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 working days at info@azulcrystals.co.za.

We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.

No handling fees will be applied in these cases.

Exceptions and Additional Conditions

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns due to incorrect product selection (ordering the wrong item) qualify for store credit only.

A 10% handling fee applies to all returns and refunds except where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error. This fee covers processing costs and encourages informed purchases.
